At BR Signs, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom LED signage and address plaques to make your home or business stand out. Please review our policies below regarding nationwide shipping, our specialized custom-order terms, and our industry-leading warranty. 

1. Nationwide Shipping

We ship our custom signs to customers throughout the United States.

• Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Charges are calculated at checkout based on the dimensions and weight of your custom sign and your delivery location.
• Production Time: Because every sign is custom-made to your specific style and text preferences, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your sign leaves our facility in Lakewood, NJ. 

2. Custom Order Return Policy

Due to the highly personalized nature of our products (including custom text, fonts, and specific lighting colors), we cannot accept returns or exchanges. 

• All Sales Final: Once production begins on your custom design, the order cannot be canceled or returned.
• Order Accuracy: We strongly recommend double-checking all spelling, house numbers, and design selections (such as backlit vs. front-lit) before finalizing your purchase. 

3. 3-Year Parts Warranty

We stand behind the durability of our LED technology and craftsmanship. We offer a 3-Year Warranty on all parts for your peace of mind.

• What is Covered: If any part of your sign—including the LED modules, power supply, or structural components—is found to be defective or breaks under normal use within three years, we will replace it.
• How it Works: If a part is defective, we will resend the replacement part to you at no additional cost.
• Claim Process: To request a replacement part, please email brsignsnj@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or video of the defective component.
